Order Processing

Most standard orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Custom-cut orders may require additional processing time depending on size, quantity, or complexity.

Certain specialty products — including ULS parts and Cast Rod — may ship directly from the manufacturer and may have extended processing and delivery times. If your order includes one of these items, shipping time may vary.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS and USPS.
Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery.


Shipping Rates

We charge actual shipping costs only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We do not add handling or markup fees to shipping charges.


Damaged Shipments

We stand behind our products and ensure they are packaged carefully for safe delivery.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Inspect the package immediately upon delivery
  • Take clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Notify us as soon as possible

Prompt notification allows us to file a carrier claim quickly and ensure a replacement or refund is issued without delay.


Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us.

We will work directly with UPS or USPS to locate the shipment. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
