Masking: Keep the protective paper or film on to prevent flare-ups and scorching.
Air Assist: Always turn it on to reduce edge flaming and residue.
Focus: Ensure perfect focus — consider lowering the focus point slightly (~0.05") for thicker acrylic to reduce taper.
Test First: Machines and environments vary — run a test cut on scrap before full production.
